Introduction: The Wilmot Family Resource Centre is reviewing our current programs and services and determining our direction for the future. We are inviting people who care about the Wilmot Family Resource Centre to provide us with input. Please take a few moments to answer the questions below. The information collected in the questionnaires will be summarized into major themes and will then be used by the Wilmot Family Resource Centre Strategic Planning Committee to develop a strategic plan for the next three to five years that will be presented at the Annual General Meeting in June 2012.
