Accessibility Standards for Customer Service (AODA)

Accessibility Standards for Customer Service (AODA) training provides an opportunity for all employees of the St. Clair District School Board to learn from individuals who are dealing with disabilities, and a variety of approaches to provide better customer service.

The AODA training consists of watching a series of video presentations provided by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Following the videos, each employee must indicate that they have watched the videos. Participation in this process is mandatory, and will be monitored by Human Resource Services.
