ATX List Cooperative Survey and Contract

You are receiving this Survey and Contract you have expressed an interest in participating in Austin Creative Alliance community patron database called “ATX List Cooperative”.

ATX List Cooperative is an Austin Creative Alliance -organized, web-based patron community database, built and operated by TRG Arts (www.trgarts.com), which is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While a new initiative for Central Texas, ATX List Cooperative is hardly the first effort of its kind: TRG currently operates similar lists in Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Seattle among others.

We are excited to be able to offer this program to Austin Creative Alliance member organizations. If you are interested in participating in the program, please complete this Survey (which includes the Contract) by Friday, October 7, 2011.
